Welcome to FANTAPLAY PRIVATE LIMITED We provide an exciting platform for you to participate in contests based on a wide range of officially sanctioned live sporting events (“Services”). These events span across popular sports such as:

• Cricket
• Football
• Basketball
• Baseball
• Hockey
• Handball
• Volleyball
• Kabaddi

This list may be updated periodically to include more sports (“Sports”).

By using our platform, you can engage in free-to-play fantasy sports contests (“Practice Contests”) or pay-to-play fantasy sports contests (“Paid Contests”). Collectively, these are referred to as “Contests”. Any person accessing or participating in Contests on our platform (“User”) agrees to abide by our terms and conditions.

References to “You/Your” pertain to the User, while “We/Us/Our” refers to Fantaplay, including both our mobile application and website (“Platform”).

Acceptance of Our Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions and any additional terms we may introduce (“Terms”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and additional terms, the additional terms will take precedence.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to receive communications from us or our partners, licensors, or associates for purposes including:

• Announcements
• Administrative messages or direct messages
• Advertisements
• Notifications are sent directly to your account
• Any other communication modes we deem appropriate

To ensure smooth communication, please mark us as a safe sender on all platforms (e.g., email, SMS) to avoid our messages being marked as spam or junk.

User Account

To access our services, you must register and create an account (“Account”) on our platform. During the registration process, you may need to provide the following information:

• Full name
• Team name
• Mobile number
• Full address and state of residence
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Aadhaar number or any other valid ID
• Bank account information
• UPI ID
• Permanent Account Number (PAN)

We reserve the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications as applicable laws require.

Eligibility

To participate in Paid Contests, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Reside in India.
3. Have a valid Indian mobile number.

Please note that Paid Contests are not permitted in the following states (“Restricted States”):

• Andhra Pradesh
• Assam
• Nagaland
• Sikkim
• Telangana

You are required to confirm that you are not a resident of any Restricted State. Any false representation to bypass the applicable laws of these states will result in the termination of your account.

Contest Rules and Format

Contest Rules

By participating in our Contests, you agree to the following:

1. Creating a Fantasy Team: To join a Contest, you must create a fantasy team (“Team”) by selecting real-life players participating in a specific sport.
2. Contest Deadlines: Finalize your Team before the Contest Deadline, which is the start time or any adjusted time specified for the sport. Deadline extensions, if any, will be notified.
3. Minimum Participation: Each Contest requires a pre-specified number of users to be operational (“Pre-specified Number of Users”).
4. Multiple Entries: In multiple-entry contests, you may create various Teams. We reserve the right to limit the number of Teams per Contest.
5. Participation Fee: For Paid Contests, you must pay a pre-designated amount (“Pre-Designated Amount”).
6. Prize Money Pool: A prize pool (“Prize Money Pool”) will be created from user contributions. While we deduct a platform fee for our services, we hold no right or interest in the Prize Money Pool.
7. Research Recommended: While our platform provides features like toss updates and starting lineups, these are for guidance only. We recommend conducting your independent study on player statistics, team performances, and match conditions before creating your Team.

Flexible and Non-Flexible Contests

• Flexible Contest: Becomes operational with a minimum of two participants. The Prize Money Pool is proportional to the number of users.
• Non-Flexible Contest: Requires the number of users set by us or you (in the case of private contests) to become operational. If the required participation is not met, the Contest will be canceled, and entry fees refunded.

Contest Formats

Public Contests

These are open to all users and can be either Flexible or Non-Flexible Contests.

• We reserve the right to cancel a Public Contest if the Pre-specified Number of Users is not met. In such cases, the Pre-Designated Amount will be refunded.
• For “Guaranteed Contests,” the Prize Money Pool is predetermined, and we will cover any shortfall in user contributions.

Private Contests

These are user-created contests where you can invite others to join.

• Requirements to Create a Private Contest:
  • Provide a name for the contest.
  • Set a user limit (2 to 20,000).
  • Specify whether the contest is Flexible or Non-Flexible.
  • Pay the Pre-Designated Amount.
• Inviting Participants: Upon creating a Private Contest, you will receive a unique code (“Contest Code”) to share with others. Invited Users must enter the Contest Code and pay the entry fee.
• Refunds: If the user participation is insufficient by the Contest Deadline, entry fee will be refunded within 7-11 working days
